Senior Content Coordinator
Role Overview
You will be responsible for keeping Frive’s social content operation running smoothly across both paid and organic channels. This role is the operational backbone of the team. You will own the systems,
workflows, planning processes, and performance tracking that allow a team of content producers to execute at a high level and at scale. You will ensure projects are moving, deadlines are met, priorities are clear, content is organised, and the full engine is functioning efficiently day to day.
This is not just a scheduling and publishing role. It is a highly cross-functional position focused on building and running the machine behind best-in-class social content. If creative sets the direction, this role keeps the show on the road. You will work closely with creative, growth, and production to make sure content moves effectively from idea to brief to production to delivery to launch, while continually improving the systems that support speed, quality, and output.
Core Responsibilities
Workflow & Team Operations
- Own and manage the end-to-end workflow for social content across paid and organic
- Build, maintain, and improve the systems that keep the content team operating efficiently
- Coordinate the flow of work across a team of creative producers, ensuring briefs, timelines, feedback, approvals, and deliveries are clear and on track
- Keep projects moving across multiple stakeholders and priorities, proactively identifying blockers and solving operational issues before they affect output
- Ensure deadlines are met and team capacity is being used effectively
- Create visibility across the content pipeline so everyone knows what is in
- progress, what is at risk, and what is coming next
Content Operations & Publishing
- Oversee the operational process from final asset through to launch across paid and organic channels
- Ensure assets are correctly formatted, packaged, organised, and delivered for use across the right platforms and teams
- Manage publishing workflows, scheduling systems, asset libraries, and content calendars
- Maintain a high bar for detail and quality control across captions, links, thumbnails, tagging, naming conventions, and platform readiness
- Ensure execution is accurate, timely, and aligned with campaign priorities and business needs
Systems, Process & Scaling
- Continuously improve how the team works by refining processes, templates, tracking systems, and ways of working
- Help build a scalable content operation that can support higher output without lowering quality
- Introduce structure where needed across briefing, feedback, approvals, reporting, and asset management
- Identify inefficiencies and implement better systems to improve speed, clarity, and accountability
- Use tools, automation, and AI where useful to streamline workflow and reduce manual friction
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Maintain visibility over content performance across paid and organic
- Keep dashboards, trackers, and reporting systems up to date so the team can quickly understand what is working and where attention is needed
- Track progress against deadlines, deliverables, and output targets
- Flag performance trends, operational issues, repeated bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement
- Ensure performance insights are fed back into the team quickly to improve future output
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Translate priorities from growth and creative into clear workflows and next steps
- Ensure the producer team has what they need to execute well and on time
- Keep communication tight across stakeholders so feedback, approvals, and priorities do not get lost
- Help protect creative focus by taking ownership of the operational complexity behind delivery
- Be the person who keeps the function running smoothly, even when leadership is less involved day to day
Ideal Candidate
- 3+ years’ experience in social media, content operations, project coordination, or a similar fast-moving content environment
- You are chronically online – tracking trends, formats, and collaborators who can deliver innovative content
- You have no ego in the work — you care about what performs, not who came up with it
- Strong understanding of social content workflows across both organic and paid
- Highly organised and exceptional at managing moving parts across multiple projects at once
- Comfortable building systems, improving processes, and holding teams accountable to deadlines
- Deep familiarity with social platforms including TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and the mechanics of content publishing and delivery
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard for execution
- Confident working cross-functionally with creative, growth, and wider teams
- Clear communicator who can keep stakeholders aligned and informed
- Comfortable working in a high-output environment where priorities can move quickly
- Interested in building the engine behind a best-in-class content function, not just managing posts
