Your Impact
As Senior Growth Marketing Executive at Frive, you’ll play a key role in a small, high-impact growth team, focused on scaling new customer acquisition efficiently and sustainably. Working closely with the Growth Manager, you’ll help drive performance across our core channels – Paid Social (Meta and TikTok), Google Ads (Paid Search and YouTube) an SEO, while also supporting the testing, launch, and scaling of new acquisition channels.
Full ownership of the Affiliates channel will sit with you, including managing the agency relationship, setting clear targets, and ensuring performance is consistently tracked, optimised, and improved.
Data will underpin your decision-making. You’ll draw insights from multiple sources, including third-party attribution tools, GA4, in-platform reporting, and Looker, then translate them into clear recommendations and actions that improve LTV:CAC efficiency.
This role is suited to someone who is highly outcome-focused and invested in their own development: taking accountability for hitting targets, learning quickly from results and feedback, and building deep expertise in performance marketing, channel optimisation, and data-led storytelling as Frive continues to scale.
About You
You have at least 3+ years’ experience in a Growth or Performance Marketing role, ideally within a fast-paced DTC business or digital agency. You’ll have prior experience in a digital performance marketing channel, have managed or closely supported-on agency management and although not essential, experience in Affiliate marketing would be an advantage. You’re commercially minded, naturally curious, and thrive in environments where pace, ownership, and impact really matter.
You’re deeply data-driven and love getting into the detail to understand what’s driving performance. You’re comfortable analysing results, sharing clear insights, and turning them into actionable next steps – with a strong bias towards continuous A/B testing and improving LTV:CAC. Alongside this, you bring creative flair: you enjoy ideating new angles, testing hypotheses, and are genuinely curious about what motivates consumers to purchase and become loyal customers.
You’re highly organised and comfortable owning work across multiple channels at once, moving quickly without compromising on quality. You can balance day-to-day execution with a test-and-learn mindset, and you take pride in delivering work to a high standard.
While you’ll receive direction in some areas, you’re naturally proactive and take ownership wherever you can. You’re a clear and confident communicator – asking smart questions, proposing solutions, and keeping stakeholders aligned as agreed actions are worked on.
Frive has grown 5× over the past three years, and we have big ambitions for the next phase of growth. If you’re excited by the opportunity to play a meaningful role in scaling a high-growth DTC brand, care deeply about impact, and bring a positive, can-do attitude, this role could be a great fit.

Skills and Behaviours Required:
-

-
Strong experimentation mindset: You’re naturally curious and enjoy running structured A/B tests, forming clear hypotheses, and learning quickly from results to continuously improve performance.
