We’re expanding our Technical Account Manager (TAM) Team, and we’re looking for a confident, customer-focused engineer with a solid background in infrastructure, cloud services, and endpoint management. This role goes far beyond support — you’ll be a trusted advisor and project leader for your clients.

Key Responsibilities of the TAM Team Engineer (Lead) role:
Acting as the technical lead for a portfolio of clients, owning their long-term technical roadmap
Planning, managing, and executing technical projects, ensuring clarity, risk management, and stakeholder updates
Designing and documenting technical projects, solutions and infrastructure upgrades
Leading complex escalations from the Service Desk, providing in-depth troubleshooting and resolution
Delivering 3rd line support (including on-site visits within your region)
Providing out-of-hours support on a shared rotation basis
What You Bring:
A logical, methodical approach to problem solving
Excellent communication skills – both with clients and technical teams
Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
Confident managing project timelines and escalating appropriately
Full UK Driving Licence
Technical Skills & Experience:
Broad infrastructure knowledge (servers, networks, cloud services)
In-depth experience with Microsoft 365, PowerShell is valued
Hands-on endpoint management & deployment experience including MDM/MAM (e.g., Intune), and RMM tools
Familiarity with vulnerability management platforms (such as Qualys)
Security-conscious mindset, with exposure to frameworks like Cyber Essentials
MSP experience is advantageous but not essential
Qualifications:
We value experience, but working toward or holding one or more of the following certifications is a strong plus:
Microsoft 365, CompTIA, GTIA certifications
Vendor-specific qualifications (Veeam, Mimecast, NinjaOne, Sophos)
