About the Role
This is a newly created role and an opportunity to help shape how Truescape approaches demand generation and targeted marketing.
Working closely with the General Manager and Business Development team, the Demand Generation Manager will design and run performance-driven campaigns that connect Truescape’s services with enterprise decision-makers, particularly in the United States market.
This role will suit someone who already has hands-on demand generation experience and enjoys running campaigns that contribute directly to business development outcomes. Over time, the role offers the opportunity to take increasing ownership of demand generation strategy and marketing
performance as Truescape continues to scale and grow.
Truescape works with external marketing agencies rather than maintaining a large internal marketing team, so the role also involves coordinating marketing initiatives across agencies, platforms and internal stakeholders.
Truescape is particularly interested in someone who enjoys analysing campaign performance, experimenting with new approaches, and is curious about how emerging tools, including AI-enabled marketing workflows, can improve marketing effectiveness.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute demand generation campaigns aligned with business growth objectives.
- Run targeted campaigns across digital platforms such as LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
- Generate qualified marketing leads that support the business development pipeline.
- Track campaign performance including engagement, lead generation and conversion metrics.
- Continuously optimise campaigns based on data insights and performance trends.
- Work closely with the Business Development team to convert marketing engagement into sales opportunities.
- Coordinate marketing initiatives with external marketing agencies and marketing technology providers.
- Support initiatives such as webinars, case study promotion, thought leadership campaigns and digital content.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience running demand generation or performance-based B2B marketing campaigns.
- Experience targeting enterprise organisations or complex B2B markets.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, particularly LinkedIn campaign management.
- Ability to analyse campaign performance and optimise marketing effectiveness.
- Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
- Experience marketing technology, engineering services, infrastructure or complex professional services would be beneficial.
- Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce is advantageous.
- Interest in exploring new tools and technologies, including AI-enabled marketing approaches, would be valuable.
- Experience delivering marketing campaigns targeting United States enterprise clients would be highly desirable.
