Yes. Before every pay run is processed, you receive a detailed verification report to review and approve. Your employees also have full access to their payslips and pay details through the self-service portal – you stay in control of the outcomes, without the admin.

Yes. Leave entitlements including annual leave, sick leave, public holidays and alternative holidays are calculated in line with the Holidays Act – including AWE and RDP calculations. Legislation updates are applied automatically.

You send your payroll information to your dedicated Employment Hero payroll team – timesheets, leave details and any employee changes. We process everything and send you a verification report to review and approve before pay runs are finalised and EFT data is produced.
