As we continue to evolve and strengthen our marketing capability, we’re looking
for an energetic and commercially minded Marketing Lead to help drive the next
phase of growth and engagement.
The Role
You’ll support the delivery of marketing and
communications activity that keeps our members informed, engaged and connected
with the work REINZ does across the industry.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating
and delivering member communications and newsletters
- Drafting
and editing content for websites, campaigns and CEO communications
- Supporting
media coordination and ad hoc press activity
- Assisting
with marketing campaigns and promotional activity
- Updating
and maintaining website content
- Supporting
the delivery of REINZ events and member initiatives
- Assisting
with reporting and communications analytics
- Working
collaboratively across the wider Communications & Marketing team
Key responsibilities include
- Coordinate
and deliver member communications including newsletters, website updates
and campaign content
- Draft,
edit and proofread communications, marketing collateral and CEO messaging
- Support
the delivery of marketing campaigns and promotional activity across
multiple channels
- Assist
with media coordination, press releases and stakeholder communications
- Maintain
website content and support digital communications activity
- Coordinate
suppliers and external partners where required
- Support
the planning and delivery of REINZ events and member initiatives
- Monitor
and report on communications and marketing performance metrics
- Provide
general marketing and communications support across the wider team
- Ensure
work is delivered accurately, professionally and within agreed timeframes
About
you
You’ll be someone who is organised, adaptable and
confident managing multiple priorities at once. You’ll bring strong written
communication skills, sound attention to detail and a willingness to jump in
where needed.
You’ll bring:
- Previous
experience in marketing, communications or coordination roles
- Strong
writing, editing and proofreading skills
- Experience
with newsletters, digital content or campaign coordination
- Confidence
working across multiple stakeholders
- A
proactive and collaborative approach
- Strong
organisational and time management skills
Experience working in a membership organisation,
professional services or corporate environment would be advantageous but isn’t
essential.
