Description

The Sudburys +MORE team in Whangarei has been supporting businesses for 35 years and counting. We work alongside our clients to help them grow successful businesses and achieve their goals, while creating a supportive and rewarding environment for our people.

We’re looking for an organised and proactive Tax Administrator to join our Sudburys +MORE team on a part-time basis, 15-20 hours per week. This is a key role that sits at the heart of our tax compliance and administration processes, helping ensure deadlines are met, clients are supported, and our internal systems run smoothly.

What you’ll be doing

· Performing tax administration processes, including tax correspondence, SecureMail communications, tax assessments, IRD documentation, and filing obligations.

· Coordinating tax return workflows and monitoring compliance deadlines to ensure work is completed accurately and on time.

· Supporting client administration, including onboarding new clients, maintaining records, setting up Xero ledgers, and managing authority forms.

· Providing administrative support through invoicing, WIP management, client statements, debt collection activities, and assistance with client meetings and presentations.

What you’ll bring:

· Previous administration experience, preferably in an accounting, professional services, or business environment

· High organisation skills and excellent attention to detail

· Strong Microsoft Office skills

· Experience with Xero or similar accounting software (advantageous)

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· A commitment to providing exceptional client service
