Description

+MORE Group is a network of independently owned accounting and advisory firms across New Zealand. We’re looking for a part-time Client Services Coordinator (27 hours per week) to join the team at Grace Team +MORE in Tauranga

This is a varied, hands-on role and a great fit if you enjoy organisation, problem-solving, and supporting a team behind the scenes. You’ll play an important part in keeping client work on track while supporting a portfolio of clients and helping ensure everything runs smoothly. You’ll work closely with your team, gaining exposure to workflow coordination, client services, and administrative processes within a professional services environment.  

The hours for this role are Monday to Wednesday: 1:00pm – 5:00pm, Thursday to Friday: 8:30am – 5:00pm. 

 

What you’ll be doing 

In this role, you’ll:  

  • Monitor workflow deadlines and help ensure key targets are met 
  • Identify risks or bottlenecks and support solutions to keep work on track 
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders to keep everyone informed and aligned 
  • Support client setup and maintain accurate records across systems including Xero and internal databases 
  • Assist with invoicing, WIP management, and debt collection where required 
  • Communicate with clients to resolve queries and gather information 
  • Support tax administration processes, including managing correspondence, monitoring obligations, and preparing documentation 
  • Load and manage jobs with the outsource team, responding to queries and tracking progress 
  • Provide general office and administrative support, including reception and meeting coordination

  • Experience in administration, client services, or a similar coordination role 
  • Strong organisation skills and attention to detail 
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset 
  • Confidence communicating with both internal teams and clients 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Comfort using systems (or the ability to pick them up quickly) such as Xero or similar tools 
  • A positive, team-focused attitude
