About the role

This role will play a key part in driving our brand and marketing activity, combining big-picture thinking with strong day-to-day execution, within the Continued Legal Education (CLE) at the New Zealand Law Society.

You will deliver innovative and commercially effective marketing campaigns, brand strategies, and client engagement activity that enhance brand visibility, drives commercial outcomes, industry engagement, and strengthens our presence in the market.

You will help define the right channels, tone, and approach to effectively reach our audiences, ensuring messaging is targeted, engaging, impactful and modernised.

 

Our ideal applicant will have:

  • Degree in Marketing
  • 2+ years’ experience in a generalist marketing role, ideally within a professional services environment
  • Strong e-commerce and digital marketing capability across websites, social media, and online platforms
  • Proven experience managing and growing social media channels and digital presence
  • Track record of converting marketing activities into results
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Collaborative team player with a hands-on, proactive approach
  • Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
  • Creative thinker with a sharp eye for design, brand consistency, and content quality
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and solutions-focused
