Casual Marketing

You’re smart, you know your way around marketing, and you’re ready to get some real experience under your belt. Here’s your chance!

We’re looking for someone to get stuck into actual work across a range of things that will look great on your CV and feel even better to have done. It doesn’t matter what you’re studying because we’re more interested in you being the right fit and that you can get  the mahi done. You’ll work most closely with our CEO and Workplace Experience Manager, with the wider team close by and genuinely invested in your success.

What you’ll work on

• Social media: content planning and creation across Meta platforms
• E-newsletters: drafting and scheduling campaigns using EDM tools
• Website content: keeping things current and fresh
• Merch: researching and sourcing options as we grow
• Video/YouTube: getting our video content working harder
• Canva: organising our brand library and creating imagery
• Events: helping plan and pull off events end to end
• Wherever we need you: admin, client experience, whatever’s useful

You’ll be a strong fit if you

• Have some marketing experience or a solid understanding of how it works
• Can work independently and bring ideas without being asked
• Know your way around Meta, Canva, or EDM tools, or pick things up fast
• Want a role that actually builds your portfolio
