Our finance team is expanding! We are looking for a Part-Time Accounts & Admin Assistant to support our finance team. You’ll work collaboratively across departments to ensure financial accuracy and support business performance.

Location: Gibbston, Kinross

Role: Part Time, 24hrs per week

Responsibilities:

• Manage invoices, bank reconciliations, & accounts payable/receivable.
• Support our team with office administration.
• Maintain strong internal controls, document processes, and help ensure integrity of operational system integrations with accounting system.
• Collaborate with operational teams and external stakeholders to support performance and resolve financial queries.
