About the role:

We are seeking a passionate Social and Community Manager to engage with our audience and foster community growth. This role builds brand trust and community loyalty through real human relationships, authentic customer voices, and social content that earns attention. Individuals who enjoy dynamic environments, are eager to make a positive impact and who are ready to own a values based brand presence will thrive in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Own social media strategy and community management across our brands
  • Build our brand presence and organic audience, manage relationships with relevant micro-creators and community advocates
  • Create social media content, publishing across multiple platforms, identifying and piloting emerging channels that serve the brand and community
  • Identify and pitch content and community moments worth amplifying
  • Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Collaborate with internal teams to promote community initiatives and events
  • Analyse relevant metrics to feedback to the team and to improve engagement efforts

Qualifications:

  • Relevant qualification in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in social media management or community engagement
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights
  • Experience managing micro-creator and UGC programs
  • Expertise with social media platforms and tools
  • Creative mindset, commercially driven and strong content instincts
