About the role:
We are seeking a dynamic Brand Manager to give a creative voice to HealthPost, Flora & Fauna and Nourished Life while enhancing our market presence both in New Zealand and Australia. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), this role leads a small team of talented individuals, owning the brand campaigns, systems, partnerships and packaging. Ideal for creative professionals passionate about brand development and market trends, this position offers an opportunity to make a significant impact within our organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Implement brand strategies in collaboration with the CMO to enhance market presence.
- Own brand guardianship and creative sign off across all three brands.
- Coordinate the day to day partner relationships and activations.
- Apply brand standards and commercial judgement across all campaigns.
- Lead a team of 3, including Artworkers and Natural Health Expert.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams.
- Monitor brand performance and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Embrace AI strategies and ways of working.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners and agencies.
Qualifications:
- Qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in brand management or a similar role, ideally 3-5 years.
- Strong understanding of market research and consumer behaviour.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking with a passion for brand development.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics.
