Welcome to the Performance Marketing Lead Role
This is a key growth-focused role reporting to the Head of Marketing where you will own and optimise Arlo’s digital acquisition and performance marketing efforts.
As the Performance Marketing Lead, you’ll oversee the end-to-end customer journey across paid channels, lifecycle campaigns, and conversion touchpoints — continuously improving performance and driving pipeline growth.
You’ll combine analytical thinking with hands-on execution, using modern marketing, automation, and AI-enabled tools to optimise campaigns, improve conversion rates, and generate measurable business outcomes.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys moving quickly, experimenting, and using data to drive smart marketing decisions in a fast-growing SaaS business.
What You’ll Be Doing (Your Impact)
Your primary focus will be growing pipeline, improving conversion performance, and driving measurable marketing ROI.

Paid Acquisition & Channel Performance: Manage and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, Bing, and review platforms including G2/Capterra

Campaign Optimisation: Continuously improve audiences, creative, landing pages, and conversion paths to increase performance over time

Marketing Automation & Lifecycle Campaigns: Support and execute integrated campaigns, webinars, ebooks, events, and outbound marketing initiatives

Analytics & Conversion Optimisation: Monitor campaign performance, analyse conversion data, and identify opportunities to improve ROI and funnel performance

Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Marketing and Sales teams to improve lead quality, campaign effectiveness, and pipeline outcomes

AI-Enabled Marketing: Leverage modern AI and marketing tools to improve targeting, testing, campaign execution, and efficiency

Experience
- 4+ years in a hands-on digital or performance marketing role
- 18+ months managing paid acquisition campaigns in-house or agency-side
- Strong experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, analytics, and reporting tools
- Experience with marketing automation, lifecycle marketing, and outbound campaigns
- B2B or SaaS experience is advantageous
Skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and improve performance
- Experience optimising conversion funnels and campaign performance
- Confident using AI-enabled marketing tools and modern martech platforms
- Strong written communication and campaign copywriting skills
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Webflow, Google Analytics, Clay, Lemlist, or similar tools is advantageous
