About the Role

Do you love bringing a brief to life across web, email and paid ads and can you switch between brand identities without missing a beat?

We have an exciting opportunity for a Graphic Designer to create high-quality digital creative across our portfolio of brands. From landing pages and EDMs to paid social and retargeting ads, you will turn briefs into on-brand, conversion-focused design that supports our campaign and trading goals.

A Day in the Life

  • Designing web assets, landing pages, banners, homepages and collection creative
  • Building email/EDM creative and reusable modular templates across brands
  • Creating digital advertising assets for paid social, paid search and retargeting
  • Producing static and lightweight motion/animated variants for testing
  • Editing and retouching product, lifestyle and campaign imagery
  • Producing light motion graphics, GIFs and short-form video edits
  • Adapting master creative into the full suite of assets needed for each campaign
  • Managing briefs across multiple brands and liaising with our paid media agency

You are equally comfortable in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva, and you can move between distinct brand looks while maintaining high level of quality.

About You

You are a proactive, detail-focused designer who takes pride in ownership of their creative and thrives working across multiple brands at once.

You will possess:

  • A portfolio demonstrating digital design across web, email and digital advertising
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator/Photoshop; After Effects a bonus)
  • Strong, demonstrated Canva skills, including building brand templates
  • Experience designing for web, EDM and digital advertising channels
  • A strong eye for layout, typography, colour and composition
  • An understanding of platform specs across web, email clients and paid social/display formats
  • Light motion graphics, GIF or short-form video editing skills (desirable)
  • Experience with Klaviyo, Shopify and/or Asana would be a bonus
