A door operator? It’s the tech behind sliding and swing doors that open and close automatically. Straightforward and clever — just how we like it.

Now, the role.

This position is for someone who can keep the behind-the-scenes operation organised, accurate and moving.

You’ll sit across purchasing, inventory, production administration and warehouse coordination — making sure we have the right stuff, in the right place, at the right time.

Inventory + Operations Coordinator 

Based at our Lawson office + warehouse, in Sydney’s Blue Mountains

Packages starting from $85k p.a (depending on experience)

This is a hands-on, office + warehouse role. You’ll be working from our Lawson location and moving between the systems, stock and physical operations that keep Zentry running.

You’ll be across purchasing, supplier coordination, stock levels, SAP Business One, production admin, inventory data, BOMs, serial numbers, freight and warehouse coordination.

Basically — when something needs to be ordered, received, recorded, produced or moved, you’ll know where it’s at.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Purchasing + supplier coordination 
• Inventory + stock control 
• SAP Business One administration 
• Item Master Data 
• Production admin; production orders + BOMs 
• Serial number allocation 
• Goods receipting 
• Purchase orders + supplier confirmations 
• Stock level reviews + forecasting 
• Stocktakes + stock discrepancies 
• Freight coordination 
• Warehouse coordination 
• Production-to-dispatch coordination 
• Keeping procedures + systems up to date

What You’ve Done Before:

• You’ve worked in operations, inventory, purchasing, administration, manufacturing or a similar environment.
• You’re comfortable with systems.
• You’re good with detail.
• You notice when something doesn’t look right.
• You don’t need someone standing over you telling you what to do next.
• And if a supplier hasn’t confirmed an order, stock doesn’t look right, or a production order is still sitting open…You’ll notice.
