What You’ll Do:

Processing Orders: Verify and prepare prescriptions or medical orders for dispatch, ensuring accuracy in medication, quantities, and labeling.

Packaging: Safely package medications, often adhering to specific guidelines, especially for controlled substances or temperature-sensitive drugs.

Labeling: Ensure proper labeling with dosage instructions, patient details, and any necessary safety warnings.

Compliance: Follow protocols for handling medications, complying with industry standards and state regulations.

Assist in audits, inspections, and reporting related to inventory and dispatch functions.

Inventory Management: Track inventory levels and collaborate with pharmacists and management to ensure sufficient stock is available.

Coordination with Logistics: Coordinate with suppliers, couriers, and internal teams to manage incoming and outgoing stock.

Documentation: Maintain accurate inventory records, update stock levels and conduct regular stock reconciliations.

About You:
Experience: Previous experience in inventory management, warehousing, or dispatch operations is a bonus but not required. All training will be provided.
