About the Role
As a Youth Support Worker, you will provide consistent support to children and young people living in care while helping develop essential life skills and achieve positive outcomes.
- Male Support Team required
- Support daily routines, meals, and household tasks
- Build trust and provide safety for young people
- Assist with education, appointments, recreation, and community access
- Promote emotional safety using trauma-informed practices
- Complete reports, documentation, and case notes accurately

Roster
Work 76-hours per fortnight supporting participants to learn and grow.
Week 1
- Tuesday – Saturday: 7am – 3pm
Week 2
- Tuesday – Friday: 7am – 3pm
- Saturday: 7am – 11am
Skills & Requirements
- Hold, or working towards a minimum Cert 4 Community Services or relevant qualification.
