About the Role

📍 Cannonvale | 💼 Full-Time | 🔒 Stable & Consistent

Looking for reliable team players who enjoy being active, in a hands on role within a fast paced environment. A great opportunity for someone looking to build their experience and stay busy throughout the day.

DRIVER

Must be available to start between 5:00 am and 7:00 am, working 8 hour shifts with potential overtime to complete delivery runs.

What You’ll Do:

  • Delivering products across Mackay and the Whitsundays, providing exceptional customer service and operating vehicles with care and efficiency.
  • Loading and unloading stock from truck, accurately and efficiently place stock away at customer locations.
  • Working with electronic stock management and delivery manifest systems technology

PICK & PACK

Must be available to work 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm, Sunday to Thursday or 2:00 am to 10:00 am Monday to Friday.

What You’ll Do:

  • Accurately handpicking orders from Freezer, Chiller, and Dry warehouse zones.
  • Stacking products correctly on pallets, wrapping pallets and preparing them for truck loading.
  • Unload deliveries, receive incoming goods, refill pick locations and rotate stock.
  • General warehouse duties as needed.

These are physically demanding roles involving frequent manual handling of wholesale stock, including lifting and moving heavy boxes, repetitive movements, and standing for extended periods throughout the day.

Employees in these roles must work across refrigerated chiller areas maintained between 0°C and 5°C, freezer areas maintained at approximately –18.9°C, and non-temperature-controlled warehouse areas and outdoors, which can become significantly warm during the summer months.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking local candidates available for an immediate start who are looking for long-term employment in a supportive and growing team.

Applicants must have valid Australian work rights for this position and working here does not count towards your 88 Days.

Key Qualities Include:

  • Hold a current car driver’s licence (auto is fine)
  • Strong sense of reliability and responsibility with a proactive nature
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work well in a team and independently
  • Enjoy being busy and hands on, comfortable in a physically demanding role
  • Friendly, professional attitude with strong attention to detail and good communication skills
  • Confidence using electronic devices such as iPads, scanners and voice pickers
  • Live locally or already be based in the area, available to work during the school holidays
