Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Tradesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a variety of trades and be able to perform a range of tasks related to construction, maintenance, and repair. The Tradesperson will work independently or as part of a team to complete projects on time and to a high standard.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of tasks related to construction, maintenance, and repair, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and masonry.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Install, repair, and maintain equipment and machinery.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with equipment and machinery.
• Ensure that all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with safety regulations.
• Communicate with clients, contractors, and other tradespeople to coordinate work and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an apprenticeship program or equivalent experience in a variety of trades.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of construction, maintenance, and repair techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems with equipment and machinery.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Physical stamina and ability to work in a variety of environments and conditions.
