Scheduler

Your role will involve coordinating operational team members to ensure Maintenance jobs are attended to and work orders are delivered in a timely and safe manner. 

In addition to above, the role will include:

• Dispatching scheduled work to field crews and contractors for reactive and planned tasks on a daily basis
• Monitoring and adapting resources for field crews when operational requirements change
• Responding to stakeholder and client enquiries
• Providing administrative assistance to the Operations team as required

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Have 1+ years in a service delivery / administration role in a high-paced environment, ideally in maintenance/construction industry
• Be able to manage multiple priorities at once
• Be highly organised and have a strong attention to detail
• Be customer-focused, and enjoy working as part of a team
• Ideally, have previous experience working with SimPRO for scheduling purposes (but not essential)
