### Job Title: Program administrator (temporary)
#### Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented person to join our programs team for approx. 3 weeks in a small office environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to external stakeholders to ensure that people experiencing homelessness can access our programs. This role requires exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, strong multitasking abilities, and ability to use a CRM system such as Salesforce.
#### Key Responsibilities:
– Manage and prioritise incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
– Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation as required.
– Maintain organised filing systems, both electronic and physical, to facilitate easy access to information.
– Support the team in administrative tasks as needed.
– Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism, and communicate with empathy to vulnerable people.
#### Required Skills:
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Strong organisational and time management skills.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.

#### Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a Secretary or in a similar administrative support role.
