We are seeking an experienced Pelvic Health Physiotherapist to join our growing team across our Canning Vale and Burswood clinics.
This role is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about continence and pelvic health, and is either already experienced in this area or actively pursuing further training (e.g. Graduate Certificate or Masters in Continence & Pelvic Health Physiotherapy).
About the Role
You will play a key role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to clients presenting with:
- Pelvic floor dysfunction (continence, prolapse, pelvic pain)
- Pregnancy and postnatal-related conditions
- Return-to-exercise and women’s health concerns
- Bladder and bowel dysfunction
You will have the opportunity to:
- Develop and grow a pelvic health caseload
- Work within a multidisciplinary team to optimise patient outcomes
- Utilise tools such as real-time ultrasound and internal assessments (where trained)
- Deliver individualised rehabilitation programs and contribute to group classes (e.g. pregnancy, postnatal, clinical Pilates)
- Build your personal brand within pelvic health both internally and in the local community
About You
You are a motivated and client-focused Physiotherapist who:
- Has a strong interest in Continence and Pelvic Health Physiotherapy
- Is currently completing or has completed relevant postgraduate training (desirable, not essential)
- Demonstrates excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong therapeutic relationships
- Applies a biopsychosocial, client-centred approach to care
- Is driven to grow a niche caseload and contribute to a collaborative team environment
Essential Criteria:
- Bachelor of Physiotherapy
- AHPRA registration
- Professional indemnity insurance
Desirable:
- Graduate Certificate or Masters in Continence & Pelvic Health
- APA Pelvic Health Level 1 or 2 courses
- Experience with clinical Pilates or exercise-based rehabilitation
