The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer- Telephone Interpreting to join our team at LanguageLoop, a government business enterprise. Working as part of a business committed to providing service excellence to the community in the language services sector, this role will provide excellent customer service to LanguageLoop’s clients and Language Professionals by processing Telephone Interpreting interactions in a professional, correct, and timely manner. This role will work on a rotating roster between 8:00am to 6:30pm Monday to Friday.

This role will form an important part of our customer support team, being the first point of contact for our varied clients. To succeed you must have:

  1. Previous experience handling high volume inbound calls in a call centre environment
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  3. Strong customer service and team orientation
  4. Attention to detail
  5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
