Financial Adviser

Role Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Associate Adviser to join our dynamic wealth management team at VISIS Private Wealth in Brisbane. As an Associate Adviser, you will be mentored by one of our Partners who is a successful Financial Adviser. You will play a key role in providing comprehensive wealth management advice and service to our valued clients.

Responsibilities

• Working within a team of 7 dedicated to serving executive and HNW clients
• Conducting thorough financial reviews and analysis to understand clients’ unique financial goals and needs
• Preparing and presenting holistic financial plans and recommendations to clients
• Assisting with the implementation and ongoing monitoring of client portfolios and wealth management strategies
• Contributing to the development of financial planning tools, templates, and resources
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial regulations, products, and industry trends
• Providing exceptional client service and building long-lasting relationships with our clients

What we’re looking for

• Tertiary qualification in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Completion of, or progress towards, a relevant financial planning qualification
• 2 years+ of experience in a financial planning or wealth management role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial information
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts to clients
• A genuine passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals
• A commitment to staying up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices
