The Role

You will assist in providing support through the coordination, administration and delivery of house and land sales.

Act as the first point of contact for all enquiries

Provide support with the day to day sales based activities

Maintain and manage all data entry into the CRM

Open and close the sales offices and ensure the office is immaculately maintained and presented

Online marketing including social media, and updating of project marketing collateral such as brochures, price lists and master plans

About You

A desire and passion to work within the Property industry

Excited to work in a fast pace environment

A superior level of verbal and written communication skills and be professionally presented

A positive and energetic attitude.

Qualifications:

Hold a valid Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Licence

Available to work weekends

Have a reliable motor vehicle and valid driver’s license (motor vehicle allowances apply!)
