The Role

This is the perfect role for an entry level candidate looking to get experience in all areas of Real Estate.

Not only will this role see you support the Project sales function, but also Property Management and Residential Sales.

• Act as the first point of contact for all PM, Project and Residential Sales enquiries

• Provide support with the day to day sales based activities

• Maintain and manage all data entry into the CRM

• Open and close the sales offices and ensure the office is immaculately maintained and presented

• Online marketing including social media, and updating of project marketing collateral such as brochures, price lists and master plans

• Assist with routine inspections and other Property Management tasks associate with our small portfolio in the Illawarra

• Participate in lead generation and other prospecting activities.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Licence

• Available to work weekends
