The role
As our Customer Experience Co-ordinator, you’re the first point of contact for our clients and the connective tissue between every department. You’ll book, manage and close out jobs across the full range of Urban Angles products and services — solving problems, co-ordinating high-volume workflow and setting expectations so every client feels looked after from first call to final delivery.
What your day looks like
- Field client enquiries by phone and email, and turn them into confirmed, well-briefed bookings.
- Coordinate a high volume of jobs across photographers, editors and production teams, keeping everyone on track.
- Own the client relationship through the job — proactive updates, clear timelines, no surprises.
- Handle changes, hiccups and tight turnarounds calmly, finding the fix and keeping everyone informed.
- Keep our systems accurate and up to date so the whole team can rely on the detail.
Experience we’re looking for
This role lives and dies on the quality of your client interactions. We’d love to see:
- Customer support background — you’ve spent time in a phone- and email-based service, coordination or client-facing role and know what great looks like.
- Phone manner — warm, clear and confident on the phone; you build rapport fast and make people feel heard.
- Response times — you treat a prompt, thorough reply as non-negotiable and take pride in nothing slipping through the cracks.
- Written communication — professional, friendly emails that are easy to read and leave zero room for confusion.
- Systems savvy — comfortable working across CRM, booking or scheduling tools and picking up new software quickly.
- Grace under pressure — organised and unflustered when several jobs compete for your attention at once.
Nice to have
- Experience in real estate, property, media, print or a creative production environment.
- Exposure to high-volume scheduling or dispatch-style coordination.
- Familiarity with tools like a CRM, job-management or ticketing platform.
