- The ability to work in partnership with Child Protection and other agencies to support children at imminent risk of entering out-of-home care and to facilitate safe and timely family reunification where appropriate.
- Experience embedding evidence-informed practice to strengthen families, promote child safety and wellbeing, and support parents and caregivers to provide safe, stable, and nurturing home environments.

We believe that supporting our practitioners is key to delivering great outcomes for children, young people and families. In return for your expertise and commitment, you will have access to extensive professional development opportunities, quality supervision, ongoing training, and opportunities for career advancement. We foster a collaborative and supportive culture that encourages learning, growth, and the development of specialist skills, helping you build a rewarding and sustainable career.
