Make a genuine difference — every shift matters.
At Unlicare Services, we believe support work is more than just completing tasks — it’s about helping people feel respected, empowered, included, and supported to live life their way.
We are currently looking for compassionate, reliable, and motivated Disability Support Workers to join our growing team and provide high-quality, person-centred support to NDIS participants across Melbourne and surrounding areas.
