The Opportunity:

Ultra Building Co. is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a $106M commercial project in Fortitude Valley.

The Role:

You will take full responsibility for project delivery, including:

• Leading site, project, and commercial teams
• Managing programme, procurement, and sequencing
• Overseeing budget performance and commercial outcomes
• Coordinating clients, consultants, and subcontractors
• Driving high standards across quality, safety, and execution

This is a true leadership role with visibility, accountability, and influence.

About You:

You’re an established Senior Project Manager with:

• Experience delivering large-scale commercial projects ($90M+)
• The ability to manage complexity with confidence and control
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capability
• A track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
