About the Role
Our People & Culture team is driving the future of work through AI, innovation and people-focused initiatives. As the People & Culture Business Partner, you’ll provide strategic and operational HR support, partner with leaders on workforce and employee relations matters, and help build a high-performing culture through learning, leadership development and AI-enabled ways of working.
Job Description
- Partner with executives, leaders and employees to provide trusted HR advice, coaching and support across the employee lifecycle.
- Manage ER/IR matters, performance management, workforce planning and policy interpretation in line with legislation and company policies.
- Drive leadership capability, learning and development, employee engagement and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Produce HR reporting and insights on workforce capability, engagement and learning outcomes.
- Support HR projects, change initiatives and policy development while leveraging AI to streamline HR processes, recruitment and reporting.
- Act as a key link between Recruitment, L&D, HR Operations and business leaders, and support WHS, wellbeing, psychological safety, WorkCover and return-to-work processes.
Skills and Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- 5+ years’ experience in an HR Business Partner or HR generalist role.
- Strong ER/IR knowledge, including Fair Work Commission matters.
- Experience with HRIS, LMS and AI-enabled HR technologies.
- Strong analytical, reporting and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with job evaluation frameworks (e.g. Mercer, Hay or Korn Ferry) and AHRI membership is desirable.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, values-driven environment.
