About the Opportunity:
We’re looking for an organised, customer-focused logistics professional to join our team as a Customer & Distribution Coordinator.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in logistics, supply chain, customer service or warehouse administration who enjoys working across multiple teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
As the operational second-in-command (2IC) within our Logistics team, you’ll play a critical role in coordinating outbound freight, managing customer orders, liaising with carriers, supporting continuous improvement initiatives and providing leadership support to the Logistics Manager.

About the Role:
The Customer & Distribution Coordinator is responsible for overseeing customer order fulfilment and outbound distribution while acting as the key communication link between our customers, production teams and freight partners.
You’ll coordinate daily deliveries, manage customer expectations, prepare logistics documentation, monitor key performance metrics and help drive continuous improvement across our warehouse and distribution functions.
This role also acts as the Logistics Manager’s 2IC, providing operational leadership across the logistics function and supporting the wider team to deliver safe, efficient and reliable customer outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in logistics, distribution, customer service or supply chain administration
- Excellent communication skills with a genuine passion for customer service
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in transport management systems (TMS) or similar logistics software.
- High attention to detail and accuracy when managing orders and documentation
- Experience coordinating freight, transport or customer deliveries (highly regarded)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook
- ERP experience (Microsoft Dynamics highly regarded)
- A proactive mindset with a passion for improving processes and solving problems
- Leadership capability with the confidence to support and guide others when required
- Experience within FMCG, food & beverage or manufacturing environments will be highly regarded
