Description

Are you ready for the ultimate career road trip?

At Travvia Group, we operate the iconic JUCY and Star RV brands and are searching for a high-energy Head of People and Culture to join our bustling Brisbane office. If you thrive in the fast-paced travel industry and love the dynamics of a highly casualised, seasonal workforce, this is your next big adventure.

The Adventure Awaits

This is a hands-on opportunity to drive our entire People and Culture strategy across Australia and New Zealand. Reporting directly to the CEO, you get to partner with our Executive Team to shape the future of our business through smart organisational design and workforce planning. Having recently navigated a structural reset across our Trans-Tasman branches, you will play a critical role in settling the dust, rebuilding team momentum, and guiding our people through their next chapter. To truly support our widespread teams, travel to New Zealand and across Australia to our branches is required on an as-needs basis.

You will lead a dedicated team, empowering your HR Business Partner and P&C Advisor to deliver exceptional employee experiences. You get to own the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from securing top talent to championing a high-performance, safety-first culture. Having recently updated our core values, you will also be pivotal in rolling out and embedding them across the group.

You will be the voice of our people, deploying regular engagement surveys and turning that feedback into real, positive change. You will also manage our outsourced payroll provider to ensure our hard-working crew is processed accurately and on time, partnering closely with our Finance team for the final payment execution. Ultimately, you will be the trusted advisor who provides data-driven insights and monthly reports to the Board, proving the commercial value of your HR initiatives.

What You Bring To The Journey

  • A vibrant energy with a genuine passion for the travel and tourism industry.
