Purpose
You will be reporting to the National Manager – People, Learning & Culture, you will work alongside three People, Learning and Culture Coordinators as part of a collaborative national team. You will play a key role in recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, compliance, workforce planning and HR administration while partnering with leaders to deliver an exceptional employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Facilitate new employee inductions.
- Maintain Employment Hero employee records.
- Monitor mandatory compliance and employee documentation.
- Support workforce planning and recruitment activities.
- Coordinate learning and development initiatives.
- Assist with probation and performance review processes.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate records.
- Provide HR support to managers and employees.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
- Previous experience in Human Resources, Recruitment or People & Culture.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience using HR systems (Employment Hero desirable).
- Certificate IV or tertiary qualification in Human Resources (desirable).
- Current Driver’s Licence.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
- Working With Children Check.
