The Opportunity 

We’re in search of experienced Food and Beverage Attendants who can bring a touch of flair, professionalism and a genuine smile to our team. Casual & Part-Time positions available.

As a vital team member at One Eleven, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service that goes above and beyond, creating unforgettable moments for our guests.

Our successful candidate will have:

  • At least one year of experience as a Food & Beverage Attendant in a 5-star hotel or premium dining environment.
  • A passion for food and beverage, a strong focus on customer service, and a genuine desire for crafting memorable event experiences.
  • Strong barista skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
  • Outstanding multitasking skills and the ability to maintain a positive attitude during busy service periods.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to upholding high-quality standards.
  • Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
  • Current Victorian RSA certification (non-negotiable).
