Join The Ranch Catering Team – Be Part of the Adventure!

Love food, fun, and working in a beautiful outdoor setting? The Ranch, a 200-acre adventure park in Boneo on the Mornington Peninsula, is looking for a hospitality superstar to join our catering team!

Our cafe and dining hall, set in a stunning sandstone chapel overlooking the property, serves meals to school camps during the week and adventure guests all year round. Now, we need passionate, friendly team members to help make every meal memorable.

About the Role

• Work with our catering team to prep and serve delicious camp food to guests of all ages
• Assist with menu prep, meal service and general kitchen duties
• Setting tables and washing dishes
• Flexible casual shifts available: mornings, days, and dinner shifts (finish at 8pm)

About You

• Passionate about food, health and sustainability
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Can take initiative and work independently
• Organised and detail-oriented
• Fun and friendly personality
• Must have a license or reliable transport (public transport not available)

Qualifications

• Working with Children Check (essential)
• First Aid & CPR (preferred but not required)
• Food Handlers Certificate (preferred but not required, can be obtained)
