To spearhead this growth nationally, we are looking for a commercial sales leader to establish and own a dedicated Commercial division within TPTC to grow our presence in the Australian commercial pool and aquatic market.

With a portfolio spanning Australia, this role can be based in either Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane; but with regular domestic travel required.

About the Role

In this high-impact, autonomous role, you will map out the national landscape to identify commercial projects, influence product specification to get our premium product ranges specified early in the design phase, build relationships with key decision-makers and own the pipeline from initial architectural concept right through to final handover converting projects into measurable sales revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, track, and nurture a visible national commercial project pipeline via Sales Cloud CRM from lead generation to final supply.
• Engage early in the project lifecycle to educate and build deep relationships with architects, landscape architects, aquatic consultants, and interior designers to get our products specified.
• Interpret architectural plans, coordinate comprehensive tender submissions, manage pricing/margins, and track the project lifecycle within Sales Cloud CRM.
• Partner with commercial pool builders, tier-1 head contractors, and project managers to convert specifications into profitable revenue.
• Act as the internal commercial pool specialist, coordinating complex national opportunities with state sales teams to ensure unified execution.

Skills and experience needed:

• Demonstrated track record of building complex project pipelines and managing long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Background in commercial pool environments, tiles/ stone, landscaping, or architectural building products is preferred.
• Comfortable reading technical drawings, understanding project specifications, and translating them into practical product solutions.
• Strong commercial and data acumen including quotation strategy and margin management skills, coupled with strict CRM and pipeline reporting discipline.
• Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne based with the willingness to travel interstate regularly to visit sites and meet key clients face-to-face.
