Disability Support Worker – Ipswich, Logan & Surrounding Areas
Are you passionate about supporting people with disability? The iCare Group Australia is looking for Disability Support Workers to join our team across SIL homes and community access support programs.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide person-centred care in SIL homes or in the community.
• Assist with personal cares, daily living tasks, and community participation.
• Support clients with mental health needs and encourage independence.
• Work flexible rosters including days, nights, weekends, and sleepovers (for SIL).
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in disability or mental health support.
• Comfortable with personal cares.
• Certificate III in Individual Support or other relevant qualifications highly desirable.
• Compassionate, reliable, and team oriented.
• Current First Aid & CPR, NDIS Worker Screening Check / Blue Card, and driver’s licence (or ability to obtain).
