We’re seeking interest from dedicated Nurse Practitioners with a Primary Health, Aged Care or Palliative Care specialisation to join our innovative healthcare team. This unique position allows you to work primarily from home while supporting multiple clinics and aged care facilities across Australia.

This is a chance to make a real impact on rural and remote communities. You’ll be a key part of a collaborative team, providing essential, high-quality care to communities that need it most.

What the role offers

  • Work remotely from anywhere in Australia, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm.
  • Some on-call required, but we will fit in with your lifestyle.
  • Spend a minimum of up to one week every three to six months working on-site in our clinics located in rural NSW.
  • Provide essential healthcare services to patients in diverse settings, including rural, remote communities, and aged care facilities.

What we’re looking for

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioners with a passion for rural and remote health. To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse with endorsement as a Nurse Practitioner.
  • A specialisation in Primary Health, Aged Care or Palliative Care
  • Advanced clinical experience in the assessment and treatment of illness, injury, and health promotion.
  • A strong understanding of the unique challenges of rural and remote health settings.
  • Experience in an aged care setting and familiar with the aged care standards.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex medical information clearly and empathetically.
  • Proficiency in using virtual communication platforms and electronic health records.
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a remote team.
