About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Inbound & Inventory Supervisor to join our growing Warehouse & Logistics team.
This role is responsible for leading inbound warehouse operations while ensuring high levels of inventory accuracy, efficiency, and operational excellence across our warehouse systems. You’ll oversee receipting, put-away, replenishment, stock movements, returns, and inventory control while supporting a safe, high-performing warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily inbound warehouse operations including receipting, put-away, replenishment, and stock movements
- Maintain accurate inventory records across Shiphero and NetSuite
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, damages, shortages, and stock variances
- Coordinate stock replenishment, transfers, and inventory movements
- Oversee returns and reverse logistics processes
- Support cycle counts, stock reconciliations, and inventory audits
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, WHS standards, and operational procedures
- Lead, coach, and support warehouse team members
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational efficiency
What We’re Looking For
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in warehouse operations and inventory management
- Leadership or supervisory experience within a warehouse environment
- Experience using warehouse systems such as Shiphero, NetSuite, Shopify, or similar WMS/ERP platforms
- Strong understanding of inventory control and warehouse best practices
- Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
- Passion for health, wellness, fitness, or nutrition is highly regarded
Qualifications & Licences
- Full Australian working rights
- Current Forklift Licence
- WHS qualification, First Aid, or Scissor Lift Licence highly regarded
