Spanish-speaking Support Worker – Doolandella QLD 4077

About The Role:

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Spanish-speaking Support Workers to join our Home Caring Inala team. This role involves providing personalised support to our Aged care and NDIS participants in their homes and local communities around Doolandella QLD 4077, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Support participants with mobility, social support, and community access
• Provide assistance with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, feeding and domestic tasks
• Encourage independence and meaningful engagement in activities
• Follow individualised support plans and ensure participant safety at all times
• Maintain accurate records and documentation as required
• Communicate effectively with participants, families, and the wider care team.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in disability, aged care, or community support (preferred but not essential)
• Fluent in Spanish is preferred
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check (WWCC)
• Current First Aid & CPR certificate
• Reliable transport and valid driver’s licence
• Strong communication skills, patience, and empathy.
