Description

The Centre for Independent Studies is seeking a Supporter Relations Co-ordinator (with Salesforce experience) who plays a vital role in ensuring that every member and donor receives a professional, timely, and positive experience with the Centre for Independent Studies (CIS). This position provides high-quality administrative and member and donor service support across all aspects of member and donor care, including donation processing, membership administration, database management, correspondence, and administration of fundraising This position provides high-quality administrative and support services across all aspects of member and donor care, including donation processing, membership administration, database management, correspondence, and administration of fundraising programs.

Working closely with the team members and reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Supporter Relations Co-ordinator helps strengthen supporter relationships, upholds compliance standards, and supports the effective delivery of campaigns and events. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a detail-oriented, service-focused environment and is committed to supporting the mission and values of CIS.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with Salesforce database system.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • A supporter-first mindset with a genuine commitment to supporting the mission and values of the organisation.
  • Prior Experience:

  • Prior experience in an administration, customer service, or donor care role within a not-for-profit or fundraising environment.
  • Familiarity with mail merge tools and basic event support.
  • Exposure to financial reconciliation or data reporting tasks.
  • The position is CBD Sydney-based and on-site, five days a week.

    Salary range: $70k – $80k plus superannuation, depending on experience.
