We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Sales Executive to join our growing Melbourne office within the Asia Practice.

Role Description

We are seeking a driven Commercial Sales Executive looking to build their career within a successful tier one commercial real estate agency and be a part of a high performing professional environment.

Working through all stages of the sale from initial appraisal to completion, you will be working with a group of highly driven and experienced Commercial Agents as well as Analysts and Senior Administration and Marketing professionals. We are an energetic and fun team who have strong and long-standing relationships with our clients.

The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing existing client relationships and generating new business. This includes identifying business opportunities, qualifying prospects, negotiating deals, and closing sales. Additionally, the Sales Executive will provide market research and analysis as necessary and attend industry events to increase brand awareness and network with potential clients.

Qualifications

  • Excellent spoken & written communication in Mandarin & English, as well as strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct market research and analysis
  • Strong Microsoft competency
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Understanding of and passion for the commercial real estate industry and market trends
  • Team player to fit in with our collaborative and supportive business structure
