Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Technical Manager for our ServiceNow team in Sydney, New South Wales. This pivotal role involves overseeing the implementation and management of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring they align with our organisational goals. The successful candidate will play a crucial part in driving innovation and optimising our IT service management processes, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our IT operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, implementation, and management of ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow.
  • Develop and maintain best practices for ServiceNow configuration and customisation.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance user experience.
  • Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices and organisational policies.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate project updates effectively.

Qualifications:
