Description

We are seeking experienced sales consultants to join our dynamic team. We are looking for individuals from diverse sales backgrounds who are looking to start a career in real estate.

As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for calling and selling off the plan apartments to customers across Australia. This role is not like a typical real estate role, and you won’t be knocking on doors or doing flyer drops. Instead, you will be leveraging your sales skills to sell our amazing off the plan apartments to customers who are looking for their dream home or investment property.

Key Responsibilities:

Calling customers and selling off the plan apartments

Meeting with customers face to face and walking them through our display centres

Building and maintaining relationships with customers

Providing excellent customer service and follow-up support

Achieving sales targets and KPIs

Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions

Representing the company in a professional and ethical manner

Requirements

Proven sales experience, preferably in a B2C sales environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated and results-oriented

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Flexibility to work weekends and evenings

Basic computer skills and CRM experience

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
