Spring Early Learning is a warm, community-focused early childhood centre dedicated to providing high-quality care and education for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years. About the Role We are seeking a passionate and reliable Certificate III qualified Educator to join our team. In this role, you will work collaboratively with other educators to deliver engaging programs that support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and implementation of play-based learning experiences
  • Support children’s development in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and inclusive learning environment
  • Contribute to observations and documentation of children’s learning
  • Follow centre policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

About You

  • Hold (or be working towards) a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Genuine passion for working with children
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Understanding of child safety and wellbeing practices
  • Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification (or willingness to obtain)
