Spring Early Learning is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Educator to join our team for an immediate start.

Essential Requirements:

Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
Valid First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification
Completed GECKO training

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Lead Educator in implementing high-quality educational programs
Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
Assist with daily routines and care of children
Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and team members
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and centre policies
