Spring Early Learning is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Educator to join our team for an immediate start.

Essential Requirements:

• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
• Valid First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification
• Completed GECKO training

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Lead Educator in implementing high-quality educational programs
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
• Assist with daily routines and care of children
• Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and team members
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and centre policies
