About the Position:

Are you an experienced commercial landscape professional ready to step into a hands-on leadership role? Solutions+ is looking for a Variations & Enhancements Team Leader to join our Brisbane Maintenance division, leading a team delivering high-quality landscape improvement and enhancement projects across commercial sites.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in soft landscaping, planting, mulching, irrigation, paving and retaining walls who takes pride in quality workmanship and enjoys leading from the front. You’ll work alongside your team to deliver landscape upgrades, coordinate daily works and ensure every project is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Lead a team delivering high-quality commercial landscape enhancement and improvement projects across Brisbane.
• Work hands-on alongside the team, completing soft landscaping, plant-outs, mulching and garden upgrades.
• Complete irrigation installation and repairs, paving, retaining walls and other landscape improvement works.
• Coordinate daily tasks, allocate resources and ensure projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
• Prepare sites and materials, ensuring the team has the equipment and supplies required to complete each job.
• Oversee planting, garden bed preparation, soil improvement, edging and general landscape construction works.
• Complete pre-starts, SWMS, Take 5s and other required site safety and reporting tasks.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks, ensuring all enhancement works meet client expectations.
• Communicate with clients and operational managers regarding job progress, site requirements and any additional works.
• Lead by example on-site, maintaining a safe workplace while supporting, developing and motivating your team.

What will you need?

• Current Australian driver’s licence (manual or automatic).
• Experience in landscape enhancements or similar works.
• Relevant trade qualifications or industry experience.
• Ability to lead a team and coordinate daily works.
• Hands-on approach with a strong focus on safety and quality.
• National Police Check.
• Working With Children Check.
