We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Hairdresser to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hairdressing and a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service. As a Senior Hairdresser, you will be responsible for providing a range of hairdressing services to clients, including cutting, coloring, and styling. You will also be responsible for managing and mentoring junior staff members.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a range of hairdressing services to clients, including cutting, coloring, and styling
• Consult with clients to determine their hairdressing needs and preferences
• Recommend hair care products and treatments to clients
• Manage and mentor junior staff members
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a hairdressing program or apprenticeship
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a hairdresser
• Strong knowledge of hairdressing techniques and trends
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
